Carte Postales

I have had some of my photographs made into postcards by those whizzy people at MOO. I am quite pleased with them.

N.B. Can anyone recommend other places for getting postcards printed? If you do, then please leave me a comment and I will reward you with a postcard. How's that?

Thanks also for your sweet comments on this post. I am finding my way back here slowly, slowly, I really appreciate your kind and thoughtful words. I will endeavour to catch up on my blog readings too.

Oh lovely cards... what will you do with them?

I know that Beth Linen Cat always has very nice thick quality cards - I think she uses these people: http://www.overnightprints.com/ they do rounded corners too, if rounded corners were needed.

Oh my, these postcards are SO beautiful! I love them all! Ah, sorry but I live in Korea so even if I knew of a place that prints postcards (I dont), it would'nt be of much help to you! Pity though because I wouldve loved one :-)
Are you going to sell them in your shop? Hope so!!

Love the red thumb nail.

The postcards look great. Not sure where else to recommend as I use MOO too.

Nath~these are so so good. Love the one with the toadstool... and darling? Your nails are divine. Have you tried just contacting a local printer and seeing what they have to say about them. I think we should all support our local businesses and printers can be so helpful and you can scrounge loads of scrap paper which is my dream really, nuff said. X

They look great Nath! I use moo too, but wish they did more of a matt finish. I'll be looking out for advice in your comments too. x

I can recommend giraffe cards:

Oh wow they are lovely, your photos just look fantastic.
We had some postcards made for the shop (for flyers) We took them to the local printers.

so lovely the one with tea and antique lace.

seeing these inspired me to make a set of my own! i looked through the other sites suggested here but moo seemed like the nicest bet - especially since they let you use a different image for each card in a set if you like, as opposed to getting a minimum 100 of one design like some other shops out there.

i agree with the comments about the local printers though. no one tends to think of them but they can work magic and often end up being quite reasonably priced especially with no added shipping. also it is very nice to be able to talk to a real person these days :)

Love them – especially the ones with collections on them (and the one with the ladybird pin). They all look fab :)

I like Uprinting a lot. Their quality is like that of Moo but it's cheaper and I love their customer service.

Your cards are awesome.

Love the cards! Just made my first moo order yesterday for smaller business size cards! Can't wait to get them. Sorry I don't have any other recommendations but I have heard great things about moo and they have a green option too! Love the first photo and your blog!

These cards look really great. The gloss finish makes them quite unique. I live in the US. Our Costco prints postcards. If you have a Costco near you you might want to check with them but I doubt they would have that fantastic finish. Lovely work.

Love you postcards!!!
I live in California and I use PSprint. They have a great service however Moo is the best for all the different options.
Keep it up you are a true artist, these are beautiful!

we use Sole press for all our printing.. they've just started doing postcards and they're crazy quick.. bit similar to Moo but for bigger orders and not digital all lytho.

Love theses cards.. your photos are beautiful.

I've been feeling blue too.. I think in life we loose ourselves occasionally - sometimes for long periods - sometimes just briefly.. the only person who really notices is you though.. don't worry and just float on by - life will suddenly be good again.. and with Iris being 4 and Christmas there's lots to look forward too!
