Even More Playing Around

Do you remember these?

Well, I have been thinking about how I could progress the idea. And so I've been playing around a bit with some decal paper and old china plates to see how it would all work out. As well as my tangram collages, I have also been using some vintage 1930s silk and some doodles from my sketchbook. What do you think?

YES! Love them all! Am particularly keen on the red triangle-y ones but you probably could have predicted that... Can we expect some in the shop soon? :)

These are awesome! So unique, so unusual--I love them. I really love the way the geometric shapes contrast with the other plates that are more tradiional. It looks lovely, and I've never seen an arrangement like this before. Bravo!

I like these alot, and just wondering where you got the decals from? I've been after some good ones in small quantities.

I agree with Naomi - the cool blue spots with the angry red triangles...nice contrasts. But I also like the silk-scarf triangles on the plain white too.
