hey thanks for the recipe! i think I want to have a adventurous chocolate party for valentines day, and I will totally make those ginger truffles. I think I want to try some salted truffles my sister made, and a spicy cayenne one and over the holidays I tasted this truffle in the shape of a pyramid, it had a chai blend of spices in it and it was soooooooo good. I wonder if it would work if I infused the heavy cream with a tea bag before I made it? oh yes! and I want to try a chocolate jello. . .
