It's Nice To Be Beside The Seaside
Yesterday we managed to spend the whole day outside, pottering in our garden, then time at our allotment - digging, planting and weeding. Culminating in a really summery-feeling late afternoon and evening at our friends holiday cottage overlooking the sea. I'm so ready for more days like this!

Your thrift store find looks so familiar to me.You may alredy know that or may not but your little wooden doll is a Bulgarian folk souvenir.This one is a boy in a folk costume.It is usually hollow, made out of two parts and when sold brand new it contains a small glass vial with rose oil,somthing Bulgaria was famous for in the past.
looks like a happy day indeed!
